Well, its official...I am on BEDREST!!!! I was doing so well up until the 115 degree heat we had on Sunday that coincided with the power going out! It was then that I started to feel not so right in the tummy area...just lots of ache-y feelings...So, the doctor told me today, no more anything, just lying in bed!! UGH! I know its for the best and we have to keep these babies in here for at least 4 more weeks, but I am already going stir-crazy! Thank goodness we are pretty much all moved in and settled AND the Comcast guy came today to set up the cable and internet, OR I would feel REALLY bad....But, it is still extremely hard for me to sit still! So, of anyone has any ideas as to how to pass the time, send it my way!!!

Here is the latest pic of my bump! And my "gorgeous" maternity bathing suit!!!

Here we are "posing" on the lake. I don't know how Erik got me to go out on that rock! The water was FREEZING and it was next to impossible to lower myself onto the rock to sit!!! But once I got down, it was actually very comfortable!

Some pictures of our day in the Sierra's...It was actually cold enough in the shade that I had to put a sweater on! Erik tried to take a snooze on my baja beach blanket from OC, Maryland, BUT he got too cold and had to go sit down by the water in the sun!

High Sierra Regatta
This weekend, Erik and I headed up to the Sierra Mountains to watch a boat race on Huntington Lake, which is right near Sierra Summit. (The ski place where I fell and hurt my knee this winter!) It was a beautiful day and best of all it was cool up in the mountains (close to 8000 feet). Down below, it was a scorching 108!! We spent the afternoon watching the boats, having a picnic, and just relaxing by the lake. It was wonderful!

Happy Fourth of July!
(I am a little late in getting these pictures on here!)
We spent a very HOT Fourth at a Fresno Grizzlies game! I was bound and determined to find SOMETHING to do other than watching the local Lemoore fireworks, so I found that the Grizzlies were playing a game and having fireworks afterwards! I gathered up some of our friends and we all headed up the road to Fresno for the game. It was extremely hot, but we stayed cool by eating some Dippin' Dots! And if you are wondering, Sissy, they DID play some good ole' patriotic music during the fireworks show! I was singing along to some of our favorites and thinknig of you!!

Here are some pictures from our pre-Fourth of July backyard party! We had some friends over on Monday to celebrate the Fourth...our friend Kip is the crazy one with the raft on his head! He spent the entire day in the pool! We also played some paddle ball and ate some hamburgers on our new grill!! Erik is so excited to have one again! We got it from our friends Kelly and Joe, who are moving to Japan...apparently the didn't need a grill over there! I can't imagine why not! ha!

Uh-oh!
Look who found the bassinet!!
We were calling and calling for our little kitty the other day and we couldn't find him anywhere...Well, Erik happened to go by the bassinet and guess who he found???
We are definitely gonna have to get some baby gates to keep this kitty OUT of the twins' room!!

Here are some pictures of inside the house...Those stairs look longer and longer as I get bigger and bigger! I may have to spend the last few days of being pregnant downstairs in this house! I can't wait to start decorating!!

Lemoore it is!

Well, we finally got the news...we are staying in Lemoore for at least the next three years...We went out and bought our first HOUSE!! Oh my...Here it is! It didn't take us too long to find it, which was a good thing, because the owner of the house we are renting now wants to sell it as soon as possible...We close on the house on July 19 and then start moving in..We better do it fast since the doctor tells me I could deliver these babies in August! We need to put together a nursery for goodness sakes!
