At the farm...
We had the chance to take the girls to the farm on two different occasions and it was wonderful...perfect farm days, not too hot and not too buggy! It was so much fun watching another generation playing under the trees in the front yard with "farm toys"....(don't worry, my mom disinfected all of them before she handed them over!)

Playing with water bottles...you can buy them all the toys in the world and all they ever want to play with are empty water bottles! Here they are at Auntie Liz's house having a grand time with her water bottles!

Sissy came down from NYC for a visit...we attempted to take them to the pool but there was some thunder as we walked over...everyone knows, 30 minutes after the last thunder isheard until the pool can open...and this thunder didn't stop! We had a nice walk anyways...

All dressed up and ready to eat!

They spent a lot of time in this playpen....They didn't seem to mind!

Here is Auntie Liz feeding Lucy (i think!)...We were able to see a lot of Liz and Irv and other family members while we were home...

Grandmommy Stella bougth the girls these booster seats which were perfect for them! The girls were able to join us for all the meals of the day and make a big mess with bread, cheerios and anything else we gave them!

Trip back East....
Sorry, I have been a bad blogger but we are STILL recovering from our trip back to Maryland which was two weeks ago!! As many of you know, our trip to and from on the airplane was a bit hellish! Erik was able to capture the moment here on our trip from Las Vegas to D.C. a day after we were supposed to come home! ugh! Let me tell you, traveling with two infants is ridiculous! Especially when you are traveling on U.S. Airways! (Sissy can tell you, too!) But we had a wonderful time visiting with Grandmommy and Grandpop and we helped them look for a new house! AND...they bought one!
Here are some pics from the trip where we tried to do a lot of summer things that I remember doing as a kid...
