After lunch we drove down to the beach in Carmel and took a walk. There were a lot of people out, despite it being chilly. I even saw some kids in bathing suits running around! After the walk, we drove around some of the neighborhoods and dreamed about living in Carmel. Everything was extremely she-she, but adorable at the same time. It was after this drive that Erik and I hated the people of Carmel because they are so lucky to love there! I kept thinking why couldn't the Navy have picked Carmel for the air base instead of Lemoore!
