This picture was taken in Rehobeth Beach, DE. Granmommy actually did get dressed up sometimes while at the beach. She had really nice suits which G-Pop bought her from Yeagers Dress Shop in Silver Spring. He picked them out, had them wrapped up and brought them home. She almost always "kept" them.
this looks like it was at a real photo studio. was it one of those photo booths?
